Subject: character animators YET, another good tip!!
X-Listprocessor-Version: 6.0c -- ListProcessor by Anastasios Kotsikonas

Okay all you new character animators (like myself)..here's anotehr cool lil
oddity i noticed..I'm no math weenie..but i've been using the bend tool to
deform my metaform target shapes..and i was going about it as such
layer 1 contains the original object..not yet deformed by bend
I copy this original object to five layers..and i bend each layer 20 more
degrees than the prior. IF YOU CREATE YOUR MORPH TARGETS IN THIS ANNER..then
your object will for somereason..stretch itself slightly..but it is enough
to notice some oddity in an animation
AS A TEST I decided to bend my objects in a differrent manner...
copy the original object to layer one and two.
go to layer two and bend it 20 degrees..COPY THIS object and paste it in
layer three
Goto layer three..bend this object 20 more degrees..you will notice that it
does not become stretched/elongated..WEIRD!! I'm no math weinny..so i do not
know why this happens..is this a bug?
anyway, i have yet to render my character animation using this new
method..i'll post which method of using bend works best.
Adam Chrystie--uhh am i just crazy..someone stop me if i am...I'm not crazy
